OUR POTTERY AND PROCESS
Every piece of stoneware we produce is entirely handmade…one at a time. All of our personalized pieces require at least 11 separate steps and have no less than 3 different artists contributing to the finished ware. The lettering is embossed individually, by hand. Slight variations in depth and spacing do occur. The intensity of the decoration color can vary depending on the brushstroke and due to the glazing and firing process, the finished glaze intensity and uniformity will vary. These “imperfections” are not considered flaws. They are the result, and appeal, of a hand-made process.

PAYMENT AND TERMS
Payment in full (100%) is required for all orders. Bujno Pottery accepts Visa, Master Card and Discover or Checks.

DELIVERY TIME AND CHRISTMAS DEADLINES
Lead-time is 3-4 weeks on all products. Date confirmation by phone is available for date sensitive personalized items. The cut-off date for guaranteed Christmas delivery will be announced or you may contact us in the fall for the cut-off date.
Shipping costs are 12% of total order with a minimum of $8.50 per address. Shipments are via Fed Ex.
Alternative carriers can be used at our discretion. All shipments require an “actual” street address. Example: R.R. #4, Adamstown, PA is not complete and should be listed as “Cherry Lane Road, R.R.#4, Adamstown, PA 10001.” If an actual street address is not provided, the FedEx surcharge will be applied to the order. Wrong Shipping Address Submissions – The Fed Ex surcharge of $5.00 will be applied to your order in the event that a wrong shipping address is submitted. Example: West Main Street instead of East Main Street. Residential deliveries [as defined by our carrier] and drop shipments to residential addresses may be accessed Fed Ex’s $1.00/package surcharge. These surcharges originate from Fed Ex and are Fed Ex policy; Bujno Pottery is merely billed!
RETURN PROCEDURE FOR NON-PERSONALIZED POTTERY
Returns are to be made within 15 days of shipment date. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost, which is not reimbursed by Bujno Pottery. Upon receipt, your account will be credited. There are no cash refunds. Returned pottery must be in “new, unused and unworn condition with all original packaging material.” We do not accept merchandise with any indication that the merchandise was used. In such cases, the merchandise will be returned to the purchaser.
RETURN PROCEDURE FOR PERSONALIZED POTTERY
Orders for personalized pottery may only be returned or payment refunded for the following reasons.
- The product is damaged during shipment.
- The personalized information was misspelled or incorrect of the fault of Bujno Pottery [the purchaser is responsible for providing accurate spelling, wording or capitalization of characters].
- There is a significant flaw in workmanship. This excludes any “imperfections” stated above in “OUR POTTERY AND PROCESS”.
- Return requests must be made within 15 days of shipment. Approval must be made before a call tag will be issued and/or refund permitted.
